• Maximum 8 guests
• Deposit $ 1.000, fully refundable
• Check-in time after 16:00 hour
• Check-out time before 13:00 hour
• Late check-out till 21:00 hour

• Non Smoking Villa
• Pets are NOT allowed
• Gratuity to staff are not included
• Nudism is Not allowed

Payment

• 50% of the agreed rate is due after booking and confirmation
• the remainder 50% plus tax is due 4 weeks prior to arrival
• Deposit is due 10 weeks prior to arrival

Cancellation policy

• 3 months prior to arrival: 50% charge at the agreed rate
• 2 months prior to arrival: 75% charge at the agreed rate
• 1 month or less to arrival: 100% charge at the agreed rate
• Shortened stays or no-show: 100% charge at the agreed rate plus tax
